| What are we doing? The ICLS is assisting the emergence of intercultural communication and leadership in places where local people choose to rely on this assistance. We offer training in intercultural communication and leadership for young people from different sides of conflicts. We support their networks and seek safe spaces and new initiatives for peace and co-operation. Why do we do this? We believe peace and co-operation between people prevail even where institutions divide people. This is why we assist people who defeat those attitudes which defeat their communities today. How do we do this? Our operations are based on the principles of the ICLS, through civic-public-private partnerships. A pattern of intercultural communication and leadership and joint ownership runs through all local and international operations and management of the ICLS and all its networks.
